2021 has been really good to us here at Pure+Cultured (after the bizarre year of 2020). Most of the state borders in Australia have re-opened and people are travelling around Australia again. This means our MicroPure – Mobile sales are starting to file through, which is brilliant. We have had such an influx that we have brought in David’s son, Jake, into the business. Jake and his wife live on the Northside of Brisbane and are actually puppy raisers for Guide Dogs Queensland.
Jake’s role will be in fulfilling orders, responding to customer enquiries, writing blogs (hello!) and running the social media accounts. He is also bringing with him a keen eye for eco-friendly packaging and ideas to make our business even more environmentally sustainable.
Lucky for us, he is also pretty tech savvy and (as you would have probably noticed) has already revamped our website and made the ordering process much MUCH simpler than ever before. We also have plans to add affiliates to our site (to reward your lovely referrals) and Jake will be the one managing that process as well.
All this said, bringing Jake on board will allow us to strengthen our customer service greater than it already is, align closer to our shared values and vision and make it easier to refer Pure+Cultured to your friends. Welcome to the team, Jake.
